Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds (Dhaniya) – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 1 tbsp
- Black peppercorns (Kali mirch) – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) – 2-inch piece
- Cloves (Laung) – 5–6
- Green cardamom (Choti elaichi) – 4–5
- Black cardamom (Badi elaichi) – 2
- Bay leaves (Tej patta) – 2
- Dry ginger (Saunth) – 1-inch piece or 1 tsp powder
- Nutmeg (Jaiphal) – a small piece or 1/4 tsp grated
- Mace (Javitri) – 1 blade
Storage Info:

- Glass or stainless steel containers with tight lids are best.
- Avoid plastic containers (they absorb aroma and may react with spices).
